Under my leadership, the Adams County Sheriff's Office will build and develop relationships to create safer communities and stronger leadership. I will work with our elected officials, community groups, and community professionals to establish a TRANSPARENT, CREDIBLE, ETHICAL, PROBLEM-SOLVING partnership to support the Adams County residents and their policing needs.
Strengthen connections with neighborhoods through regular meetings, events, and outreach initiatives that promote safety and advance a robust community-policing philosophy.

To uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism while delivering transparent, community-driven law enforcement services that build trust, ensure accountability, and enhance public safety.
Ensure that citizens are served by a law enforcement agency that responds effectively and respectfully to their needs.
Engage in multi-level law enforcement partnerships to enhance crime prevention efforts and improve the overall quality of life within the community.
Partner with elected officials to ensure the efficient utilization of resources and adherence to established budgetary limits.
Work in close partnership with mental health providers across Adams County to expand service capabilities, improve crisis response, and further the development and effectiveness of the Detox Crisis Center.
